Who is TheLinkNext built for?
TheLinkNext is purpose-built for three groups: fresh graduates looking for their first job, universities that want to enroll graduates and track placement outcomes, and companies actively hiring entry-level talent. Each user type has a dedicated dashboard and workflow.
How does a student get started?
Students sign up, select the Student role, and complete their profile — adding a bio, at least 3 skills, a resume, and education details. Once the profile crosses 50% completion, personalised job recommendations unlock and they can apply for roles with one click.
How does a university enroll its graduates?
A university registers, configures its departments, programs, and graduating batches, then uses the Enrollment Form to add students individually or in bulk. Each enrolled student receives credentials to complete their own profile and begin applying.
How do companies find and hire candidates?
Companies complete their profile (required before posting), then publish job listings with required skills and salary bands. They can also proactively search the student pool filtered by skills, location, and university. Candidates move through a pipeline — Applied → Shortlisted → Interview → Hired — all tracked from one dashboard.
